Have a problem with Facility Accessibility let us helpThe Disability Management System (DMS) provides leadership to the University and University Health System efforts to ensure an accessible, hospitable working and learning environment for people with disabilities while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. We serve as a centralized clearinghouse on disability-related information, procedures and services.

For new students (who are NOT already registered with SDAO), visitors and applicants requesting accommodations visit https://duke-accommodate.symplicity.com/public_accommodation.

DEADLINES:

•All deadlines for Spring 2015 term have passed.

May 22, 2015 is the deadline to request a note-taker and all documentation and request forms must be received by this date in order for accommodations to be implemented for SUM I 2015 term.

June 5, 2015 is the deadline to sign the Accommodation Agreement (register) with the SDAO in order for accommodations to be implemented for the SUM I 2015 semester. Otherwise, accommodations will not be implemented until SUM II 2015 term.

June 5, 2015 is the deadline to email semester requests for students already receiving accommodations through SDAO in order for accommodations to be implemented for the SUM I 2015 term.
