The Disability Management System (DMS) provides leadership to the University and University Health System efforts to ensure an accessible, hospitable working and learning environment for people with disabilities while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. We serve as a centralized clearinghouse on disability-related information, procedures and services.

•The deadline to request a note-taker for Fall 2014 term has passed.
•February 6, 2015 is the last day to request a note-taker for Spring 2015 term.
•October 31, 2014 is the deadline for Fall 2014 students to register with the SDAO, as well as for students who are already registered with the SDAO to submit their semester requests in order to receive accommodations for final exams. Otherwise, accommodations will not be implemented until Spring 2015 term.
