The Disability Management System (DMS) provides leadership to the University and University Health System efforts to ensure an accessible, hospitable working and learning environment for people with disabilities while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. We serve as a centralized clearinghouse on disability-related information, procedures and services.

•The deadline to request a note-taker for Fall 2014 term has passed.
•February 6, 2015 is the last day to request a note-taker for Spring 2015 term.
•March 4, 2015 All documentation and request forms must be received by this date in order for accommodations to be implemented for the Spring 2015 semester. Otherwise, accommodations will not be implemented until Fall 2015 term.
•March 18, 2015 is the deadline to sign the Accommodation Agreement (register) with the SDAO in order for accommodations to be implemented for the Spring 2015 semester. Otherwise, accommodations will not be implemented until Fall 2015 term.
•March 18, 2015 is the deadline to email semester requests for students already receiving accommodations through SDAO in order for accommodations to be implemented for the Spring 2015 term.
